Step 1 – Cleaning and Sterilization of Fallen Palm Leaves

Palm trees naturally shed 6 to 7 leaves annually. The cleaning process involves pressurized water and soaking in spring water to remove impurities. The leaves are then pressed using an advanced hydraulic heavy-duty machine with cnc dyes to achieve the desired shape. Heat sterilization at 180°c ensures the plates are hygienic. Quality inspection removes plates with defects such as incomplete sterilization or irregularities.

Step 2 – Edging and UV Treatment

Selected plates undergo edging with a nosing machine for smooth edges. High-pressure air removes dust particles, followed by UV sterilization for hygiene. Plates are packed in carton boxes with silica gel pouches to prevent microbial growth. Safe shipping ensures products reach customers intact.

Step 3 – No Chemicals

Our process doesn’t harm trees or use chemicals, resins, gums, toxins, lacquers, or stabilizers.

Step 4 – Only Natural

Each leaf has a unique pattern and color, ranging from pearly whites to earthy browns. Variations in color and thickness occur naturally. Our tableware, available in various shapes and sizes, adds elegance to any setting.
